Feedback and Concerns
The trust and its schools are committed to providing a great education for every child. We aim to listen to parents and carers and believe in working together collaboratively to achieve our shared ambition and resolve concerns as and when they occur.
Where parents and carers have feedback or something that is causing concern, we encourage you to raise matters first with the member of staff closest to your child as they will usually be best placed to help you. In most cases they will be able to resolve matters informally to everyone’s satisfaction.
If the matter remains unresolved it can be raised formally. You should do this with reference to the Feedback, Concerns and Complaints Procedure (see documentation If you need support in submitting the form, or articulating your concern, please speak to the school office.
